Trading with them is really inconvenient
I wouldn't recommend contacting ApexProfits at all. Verification takes forever, there are very few assets available, and the platform is extremely slow. And the most important thing is, if you have any problems, no one will help you. Customer support responds slowly and it's impossible to even reach them by phone. After reading reviews, I seriously doubt that the platform will survive for long.

Such a terrible platform is hard to find
I was very disappointed by ApexProfits. Their platform is very inconvenient and non-intuitive. The interface is cluttered and navigation is difficult. In addition, the platform is very slow. Orders often do not execute on time, and asset prices are not updated in real-time.

I was deceived…
I think ApexProfits is a scam company. I recently started trading. At first, everything was good, I even managed to make some profit. But then everything changed. I started losing money on every trade. The spreads were huge, and the order execution was terrible.

Seriously, ApexProfits is an international broker, who would actually believe that? Have you even checked out some reviews on it, and looked up any information before believing that nonsense? No? Well, I suggest you thoroughly research everything. You'll learn a lot of new things, like the fact that this project appeared at the very beginning of this year.
They didn't even have the intelligence to create some sort of user agreement. They didn't mention where they are registered, or if they have an office, or a license, they didn't even provide a phone number. It's a very obvious and poorly thought-out scam.

The bad education

The demo account doesn't match the real one
I started trading with ApexProfits a few months ago, and at first, I was very pleased. The demo account was convenient, the platform was easy to use, and the spreads were low.

But when I switched to a real account, everything changed. The spreads became much higher than on the demo, and order execution became worse and slower. I tried to contact customer support, but they couldn't help me. They said that the conditions on the demo and the real mode are different, and it's normal.

I'm very disappointed. I think they are misleading their clients by providing them with a demo account with ideal conditions that don't reflect reality.
