The cryptocurrency exchange platform is owned and operated by UAB Green Cliff INC. The company is registered in Vilnius, Lithuania. However, there is no date of Bintense registration. Also, there is no information about the financial regulator and no economic activity license. All we know is that a person from the USA registered the domain in February 2022. No more information about the domain owner is disclosed.

Investment Conditions

On the Bintense website, you can only buy or sell Bitcoin and Ethereum. The firm does not provide wallets. You can link your existing e-wallet to your Bintense account.

The exchange rate is determined after you transfer the payment and your order is processed. Bintense is guided by the current exchange rate of the cryptocurrency exchange kraken.com.

With every purchase, you have to go through a full KYC check. The cryptocurrency is sent to your wallet only after the transaction is approved by the Bintense manager. Private customer verification takes place in 6 steps and includes:

  • Identity verification via “selfies”
  • Video confirmation call
  • Signed form of the source of origin of funds with supporting documentation (proof of SoF)

For corporate clients, the verification procedure is even more thorough with every transaction. This number of documents is not even required by banks in the case of a transaction. ‌For example, the 10th item on the list of documents is the company’s utility payments. Usually, the money is transferred to the customer within five days after a full KYC check is completed.

Customer service is available via online chat: Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 2:00, Saturday and Sunday from 10:00 to 18:00 (UTC/GMT +2:00).

An opaque project does not inspire confidence in us. Loss of funds by an investor is very likely, and you are unlikely to make a profit on an unknown platform.

It is not clear how withdrawals are made on the website; there is almost no information about it. Only the process of checking clients is described in detail. Share your experiences in the comments.

May I be scammed on bintense.io?

A very bad website with a strange design, and no license. There is therefore a high risk of fraud by the owners of the service.

    Mr
Money transfers are made to this "company" in favor of another company of supposed brokers, they send confirmation emails with receipt and description of the Blockchain and then when we contact support they respond that they do not know the companies that use the platform to invest in cryptocurrencies such as Tdr500!!!

The exchange does not look attractive
Despite being legally registered, Bintense has low liquidity. This may be due to the low popularity of the platform. This service could cause big problems for cryptocurrency trading. The legal side is not clear to me, where is the license? Why such a complicated verification procedure? I can't find any reviews on the net. I have this question - does anyone use their services?

    Little information about the service
It's not at all clear how trading happens on Bintense. It's difficult for me to make a decision about cooperation.

    Professional support
I believe that Bintense has managed to set up a responsible exchange. The process of buying and selling cryptocurrencies is well explained by a consultant. Any person or organization can use the service. The exchange offers favourable market conditions for transactions. Professional support helps customers understand all the nuances. The user-friendly platform guarantees the protection of exchange transactions, especially since users are not forced to store crypto assets here.

    Transactions are complex
The process of money exchange transactions on alternative platforms is simple to execute. Usually, all you need to do is choose a profitable exchange rate, transfer the cryptocurrency to the specified wallet and that's it. And then you receive the fiat funds to the specified bank account within minutes. Bintense has such complicated checks for some reason. And it's not clear what ‌the exchange rate of cryptocurrencies is there. It seems to me that they don't have any customers at all.

I did not like the platform
The exchange only offers access to the spot market. There are no derivative contracts, options, or futures traded on Bintense. There is no margin trading either. There are no services for traders. There is very little functionality. Cryptocurrency exchanges are usually more open to new users. The exchange provides services without a license. I would not use this platform.

    Secure service
Bintense has the competitive advantage of being an authorized cryptocurrency exchange platform. There is a strict system in place to ensure customer security and fast transactions in accordance with crypto-related regulations. Opening an account shouldn't be a problem either, given the intuitive process. It's good to see that company shares all relevant data on its website, removing any cloud of uncertainty.
