Seemed fine at first, then post the first deposit via Coinbase and Bitcoin of approx 5k AUD the pestering started about moving my super and moving up to the next level as I get a line of credit etc......When I did not rush into this SMSF and told them I was just building trust the account manager suddenly went on leave, the calls asking about super stopped and no-one replied to my requests to withdraw my funds. When i did get a response they were curt and rude and noting more than a few derogatory word such as "your account took a profit of $3600 last week and your complaining"!

Have not had a response from their support team or the account team so my ,money sits there and cant be accessed. Scam site so be very careful.

Guys, I'm warning you that Blue Stars FX is a fresh scam. They have just appeared, but they are already actively calling their potential victims. Nothing is known about them at all. It is unclear who runs this company and where exactly its offices are located (the phone numbers from Australia and Britain don't say anything specific). In the documents, Estonian registration is mentioned, but there is still no exact address. In short, they do not inspire trust.

I'm sure Blue stars are shameless scammers because a legitimate financial company wouldn't call at midnight and pressure you to make a deposit after you have already declined them several times. Stay away from them!

Just letting you know about the rules here
Currently, I am unable to make any withdrawals from my Blue Stars FX account. The customer support tells me that I won't be able to do so for a while because I received a bonus and I need to trade it 30 times. I'm still unsure if that's even possible, considering how awful the platform is with slippages and huge spreads. I'm still thinking about trying to do something about it since I've invested quite a bit of money here. But I'm starting to doubt if I'll have enough patience for it.

Let's figure out why this is a scam.
Upon stumbling across the Blue Stars website, it became evident right away that it was a fraudulent scheme. The first thing that caught my eye was their proprietary trading platform. For those who don't know, scammers develop their own software to manipulate quotes and play with traders' money. I also noticed that there is no office address mentioned. Yes, they mention some phone numbers in different countries, but where can I find representatives of this company? And most importantly, what are their names?

I also noticed that there is no license or registered address here. And finally, the domain was created in August 2023, which most likely means that the company simply did not exist before that. So why trade here?

I also received a call from these Blue stars... I immediately sensed it was some kind of scam, as a legitimate company wouldn't do something like that. I decided to test them out and ask about trading. And I found out that I have better knowledge about certain aspects than these so-called professionals. Blue stars fx, have you completely lost your mind??? You, a company that is less than a month old, with no license and an unknown registered address, want someone to give you a minimum of $10,000? Do you even realize that money doesn't just grow on trees? I think with such demands it will be difficult for you to find clients... especially considering that you don't guarantee anything at all. But judging by the comments, there are suckers out there who invest money in trading with you...I truly fail to comprehend their motivations when there is an abundance of dependable and credible companies accessible.

The trading platform ruins everything
At first, I really liked the idea of trading on Blue Stars. There are a lot of available features, including investing in cryptocurrency. However, when I installed the trading platform, I realized that I felt uncomfortable making trades here. Everything is very slow. And because of the mobile app, even my smartphone started working slower, and it's definitely not worth it. Overall, even if I manage to make money here, it's not worth the stress.
