Customer support before and after registration seems like two different groups of people

I'm not sure if I should wait for my money
Representatives from this broker recently called me and offered to register an account. I should have been suspicious from the start that they were seeking clients this way since I don't know how they got my number. However, the Clark Financial managers were so convincing that I registered, went through verification, and made a deposit.

Don't trust this company. I found the following signs of deception:
1. Stealing legal information from another company. There is a company called Clark Financial, but it appeared much earlier than the domain clarkfinadv.com, and scammers simply appropriated their details. Therefore, they have neither a license nor proper registration...
2. High-risk instruments. I still don't understand what the broker offers to trade, CFD, or cryptocurrencies. But both are at a high risk of losing funds.
3. An uncompleted website. It's clear that the company didn't really care about making it convenient for users.
4. No information about the founders of the project. There isn't even a phone number. It's easier for such companies to walk away with your money.

Not only is the company unknown, as is its trading platform but there's also no way to try out its functionality. Of course, there are protected trades, but you still need to invest money to test them. And maybe I don't want to take that risk and see no point in doing so.

Everything is clear on the website
They themselves don't seem to understand what they're offering their clients. They have cryptocurrency one minute, then CFDs the next. They are threatening me
Several months ago, I realized that Clark Financial were scammers and deleted my account. I didn't even bother trying to withdraw my money. However, in the past couple of days, they have been regularly calling me from different numbers and claiming that I owe them money. On the official FCA regulator website, it is stated that clarkfinadv.com is a clone of a real existing firm. This means that scammers have stolen legal information from another company and they are pretending to be a serious broker. It's definitely not advisable to invest any money here, as the risk of losing everything is too high.

Trading here is inconvenient.
The spreads and commissions are huge, transactions take a long time to process, and the selection of assets is not that great... Why create your own platform for such poor conditions? Wouldn't it be easier to offer users the standard MetaTrader? With this approach, Clark will always have financial difficulties, and they will never have enough customers.
