If you don't want to lose all your funds, stay away from them!
It all seems a bit strange to me. I wouldn't recommend Fundiza to anyone. There are much better options out there.
The support team didn't want to look into my issue, they were rude and refused to answer my questions. I was shocked by their attitude. I believe such behavior is unacceptable for a company that positions itself as a reliable broker. Actually, no one should behave like that, but those who work with people are especially obligated to be polite!
Firstly, they tricked me into starting trading. They said that I would have a guaranteed huge profit, and I believed them and created an account. Only then did they tell me that such promises could be a warning of danger.
Secondly, I haven't even started trading yet, and they are already annoying me with their intrusive calls and messages. My entire email is filled with messages from them, and recently they called me and offered to deposit more money. This makes me uneasy.
I was immediately wary of their pushy behavior. I wasn't interested in investing, and I didn't need their services. Moreover, I think a truly successful firm doesn't engage in cold calling, but advertises its services in more subtle ways!
I started looking for information about the project online. And I found a lot of negative reviews. People wrote that Fundiza doesn't allow money withdrawals, draws fake charts and prices, and their "analysts" simply drain clients' deposits. Now I'm sure they are scammers. Never deal with this company!
Then they started feeding me excuses. They said there were technical issues, and that I needed to wait. In the end, I waited for over a month and still didn't get my money. I don't know what to do anymore. I've written them dozens of emails, but they just ignore me. People who could get their funds back from them, please share your experience, I also want to do it.
