The essence of their scam is this: they call the victim on the phone or message them, telling them there's a way to earn a large sum of money and they really push for registration and a minimum deposit, preferably a high one. At first, they are friendly and explain everything. The first time they allow you to withdraw money, although it's a very small amount, they show that the withdrawal supposedly works. After that, they suggest you deposit a larger sum, and that's when the problems begin. They disappear, refuse to withdraw money, and sometimes even block access to the account.
And finally, where have you seen a license from these scammers? There simply isn't one! And there should be, because it's an organization dealing with finances. The absence of such a document means that you, as a client, are not protected. You won't even be able to go to the police... well, technically you can, but they won't help you there.
