The main points of the broker's work
I had the imprudence to start cooperation with this company. I lost some money, less than 300 euros, and I want to share my observations with you. "Broker" accepts money willingly, crediting can be up to 3 hours (probably manual processing transactions), and money is transferred to the deposit without problems. As for the terminal - spreads are very high and constantly changing, the exchange rate is different from other exchanges, slightly different. Hanging of closing or opening an order can reach 5-10 seconds, if there is a movement in the market (almost constantly at the time of active trading), the broker offers several times per session changed price at a loss to the trader. Monzaee fx tear down stop losses, especially at night (I can't prove this fact to the broker!) even if they are above the current rate level on other platforms, adjusting their spread at the moment of trend reversal to cancel the order. It is simply impossible to withdraw money from the deposit. Withdrawal of even 10 dollars takes up to 5 days according to the regulations, in fact, there is no money in the company, it seems to me that the administrators are waiting for a long time until one of the clients to replenish the account. Scammers, I checked on my own experience
I opened two accounts at once - $100 and $500 and open trades simultaneously. As a rule, if on one account I go into a minus, on the second account I play in the opposite direction. I saw one wonderful thing - draining my deposit bypassing the stop-loss. Monzaee FX managers know how to work as psychologists! Do not answer their questions and do not get involved in a dialog, otherwise, your money will be lost! Good platform
I am satisfied with fast withdrawal, good trading conditions, and instant execution. The service is fraudulent
This is a bad company, I have been trading for a long time on Forex, and I can see who is normal and who is not. The broker does not try to make the most convenient and open conditions for clients. Here they process transactions slowly, they play with spreads. You'd better not trade on monzaee fx. You will not be able to return your invested money and moreover withdraw your deposit with profit. The whole refund procedure is nothing more than a performance made for a gullible client. The broker supposedly makes a request to the bank to transfer you the declared amount from the forex broker, then it turns out that the money is sent, but for some reason with an error in the details, and you hope for the result, waiting for the return. At first, you don't even think that it might be a fraud. But after the lost transfer, you can clearly see how the fraudster has earned a good amount of money on you.

False promises!
All activity is aimed at solid deception of clients. Let's consider the commission - on the site Monzaee fx claim that it is fixed for different types of accounts, but, as it turned out, they have non-fixed fees and they are huge :( And most importantly - all trading is unfair, what I do not do - all the broker drains. When my deposit of 130 euros went to zero and I stopped logging on to this terminal, the manager called me and I told him my indignation, then he offered to invest another 500 euros and supposedly then I will see a good result. Of course, I did not believe in these false entreaties.
